Melbourne Polytechnic’s Bachelor of Hospitality Management integrates hospitality management and business management to ensure you’ll rise quickly in the hospitality management corporate world. Melbourne Polytechnic Hospitality Management graduates are working in hotel management positions around the world, while others are undertaking postgraduate study.
12 subjects (see below Course Structure Unit 1-12) have been exempted from this degree on the basis of completion of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.

Entry Requirements
1. Successful completion of SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management; or 
- Other approved hospitality-related Advanced Diploma as agreed by Melbourne Polytechnic
for example, TAFE Advanced Diploma in hospitality-related fields


2. English language proficiency requirement: 
- Completion of an Australian Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualifications which were delivered and assessed entirely in English; or 
- Level 4 in HKDSE in English Language; or 
- Grade C in HKCEE in English Language; or 
- Grade D in HKAL in English Language; or 
- IELTS 6.0
