Melbourne Polytechnic Hospitality Management graduates are working in hotel management positions around the world, while others are undertaking postgraduate study.
 
Exemptions
12 subjects (see below Course Structure Unit 1-12) have been exempted from this degree on the basis of completion of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

Entry Requirements
1. Successful completion of SIT60307 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality; or 
- Other approved hospitality-related Advanced Diploma as agreed by the 
^NMIT, for example, TAFE Advanced Diploma in hospitality-related fields
 AND
2. English language proficiency requirement: 
- Completion of an Australian Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualifications which were delivered and assessed entirely in English; or 
- Level 4 in HKDSE in English Language; or 
- Grade C in HKCEE in English Language; or 
- Grade D in HKAL in English Language; or 
- IELTS 6.0
