Completion of HKDSE / HKCEE OR
Any other equivalent qualification OR
Completion of Secondary 6 (new education system) / Secondary 5 (old education system)
AND
English language proficiency requirement:

IELTS 5.5 OR ISLPR 2+ OR Comparable to Melbourne Polytechnic ELICOS 
Level Upper Intermediate OR equivalent
