Completion of Form 6 (new academic structure) or

IELTS 5.5 or
Level 2 in English Language in HKDSE or
Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE or
ELICOS Upper Intermediate level or
ISLPR 2+ or
Any other equivalent qualifications
